**Terms and Conditions
The Gift Certificate is valid up to the value indicated on the front of the voucher when redeemed through NJTravel.com.

The Gift Certificate is valid for the passenger named and may only be used towards the total purchase price of a vacation package. Not valid for airfare travel only. Any other federal, state or local taxes not included in the fare are the sole responsibility of the Gift Certificate Recipient. The value of the Gift Certificate must be in U.S. dollars. Void if under $25.00 USD. It may be used to purchase one or more vacations and may be combined with other Gift Certificates to purchase one or more vacations provided the passenger named and passenger’s companions are booked in the same Passenger Name Record (PNR).

This Gift Certificate is transferable. This Gift Certificate may not be redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Certificates are refundable only to the purchaser and only within one year from the date of purchase.

If the value of this Gift Certificate is greater than the vacation purchased, a nonrefundable NJTravel.com vacation voucher will be issued for the difference between the ticket price and the value of the discount indicated on the Gift Certificate.

The Gift Certificate will not be honored retroactively. Gift Certificates will not be replaced for any reason, including Gift Certificates which are lost or stolen.

Gift Certificates redeemed for travel must be exchanged for travel documents within one year of the date of issue of the Gift Certificate. By redeeming the Gift Certificate, the individual named on the gift certificate acknowledges the content of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them. Other restrictions may apply.
